Although I am in the real estate business to benefit financially, my financial motivation never supersedes my ethics. Honest and ethical behavior will always be the primary driver of my approach to our relationship. You are entering into a transaction that, for most people, represents the largest financial exchange you will ever experience and good character should be a given in your agent. Being an ethical and honest agent worthy of your complete trust is so important to me, that I will back it up with my wallet. If, while in a contractual transaction together, clear evidence is produced that I ever intentionally breached our relationship by willfully compromising your trust, I will credit you back the entire commission I earned on your transaction.
I belong to national and state trade organizations who have a code of ethics which I have sworn an oath to follow, and I take that oath very seriously. As a man of character, my personal code of ethics must always meet, or exceed where necessary, what is required by these organizations. That said, I will not rely on external organizations to set and measure my ethical behavior and practices; it must be driven by me and measured by what is required of me by my faith. You need to know who I am, what I stand for, and what I will do for you.
Characteristics – I will always demonstrate the following in our relationship:
- Commitment to excellence
